We were here a few months ago (mid-June) and unfortunately I can only advise against visiting. Service: it wasn't full and at the beginning two sufficiently friendly waitresses tried to help us. As a result, one did not know what the other is doing or has already done. Ok, not that bad. After we had food and drinks we only saw someone to clear up. No inquiries in between whether everything is ok or whether you want something else, despite empty glasses on the table. Food: my husband ordered the Pizza Nero, I ordered the rump steak (medium) with rosemary potatoes instead of corn on the cob. The pizza came cold and with ingredients that were not on the menu according to the menu. My steak was done, the potatoes drowned tastelessly in oil, and the dressing was so sour it was inedible. Not to mention the fact that the amount of salad fit in a shot glass. Steak and potatoes were lukewarm. Only the herb butter was convincing. I can't remember that we were ever so dissatisfied with a restaurant visit. This was particularly annoying because our child was in the heart clinic and we really tried to distract ourselves with something nice - others who come here are sure to do that too. Price-performance ratio is definitely poor.

A waiter to whom I have to explain simple mixed drinks is questionable. Google can help. About the food I would just like to say, one pizza ok, one not ok and both lukewarm to cold ... Personally, I missed the tonno, just the taste of the tomato sauce, cheese was too little or nonexistent, something oregano would be nice too, that's my opinion, of course, doesn't reflect the style of the kitchen. The food was served to me, no cutlery, no problem I can report. No sooner said than done. Another waiter wanted to bring me something for a long time, but somehow 3 meters away from us he had no more trouble for the guest. Since I didn't like the pizza, I left more than half of it. A brisk asking what that was didn't make it any better for me. I was open and honest and said what I was missing personally as described above. But that's not really important to me either. What was bad for me was an inflexible waiter who, on request and on my suggestion, still delivered me to peace, here my spontaneous idea that I get a tiramisu on the house, denied and assumed I wanted to eat on the house Guest just wanted to be satisfied. It wasn't too bad, but then about 5 minutes later I thought they wanted to turn a disappointed guest into a satisfied guest, and at least an expresso would be offered, no, they tried a poor explanation or Errors of other waiters, to be corrected and that on the shoulders of other waiters. Then I thought, why step down again? Instead of making the guest happy? To me: If I am served nicely, I always give a good tip. Attention and flexibility are the hallmarks of good waiters. The food was delicious, but there was no sign of any restrictions with regard to Corona. The booth was jam-packed. There were marked paths to the buffet and disinfectants, but employees were stressed, wore masks under their chins themselves or were even unfriendly when small children stood in their way. Noise level was according to the number of guests. It was expressly stated that you should always take a new plate, but the old plates were rarely cleared away. Fresh plates still had leftovers on the bottom. In terms of taste, everything was perfect, but if we hadn't gone there as part of an invitation, we would certainly not have started the journey. Regarding the price and the advance praise for this location, one unfortunately has to say: Missing topic.

Clear map but on which pretty much everyone should find something appealing. Location is beautifully located in the spa park. Vegan options only on specific request, as they could well go with the zeitgeist.

Fish fillet was bones. Unfortunately, ribs were not so tender that you could easily separate them from the bone. These dishes are not recommended. Tuna pizza and ham pizza are delicious there. For the price and the level I would have expected better. The staff is super nice. The chef has room for improvement ;-)

Yesterday my family and I were there. The ambience is great, but the service is absolutely rude and anything but accommodating. We were there around 1:50 p.m. and the doors were open. We would have liked to eat and drink something, but it was not considered necessary to serve us here. I kindly asked if we could sit outside and look at the map. The staff preferred to sit down at a table and chat. They only said that we only open here at 2 p.m. It's a shame that you didn't think it was necessary to say that in a friendly and kind way. Excellent food and hospitality

We were for the Hanover Mesa trade show event. The food provided was played out in buffet style with waiters and waitresses to provide us drinks, refills, and to remove plates we were done with.

We were eating here in front of the theater. There were several choices of menus. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It was exceptional, but very special and tasty due to the different flavors on a plate. We liked it a lot and the service was open, friendly, attentive and always had a casual saying in store. Gladly again.

Coffee in the best location at the spa park. Good ambience, but the young staff was overstrained. Have always brought only ordered food and the old not taken. This is how each table looked busy. Food and drinks as well as the price in order.

Go when your hungry, the buffet is awesome, but too much to try in one visit!
